Kent Cabin Craft Centre. Being a wheelchair user I need a bespoke cabin, one especially designed for my needs. This cabin had to be accessible and also meet my requirements for storage and a workshop.
Kent Cabin Craft Centre delivered, they even did all base work and added an accessible ramp. The guys were very friendly and always tidied up at the end of the day.

I was in search of a new log cabin function as my outdoor office. After a conducting some price research and a Google search, a family member also recommended Kent Cabin Craft Centre
I had my eyes on the Dorset 73, which boasted of 70mm thick wood panels and 2 double windows on either side of the middle double door - perfect for my needs.
I promptly requested a quotation, which was supplied by Karl. After asking a few questions, seeking advice, and tweaking my quotation to include the Firestone one-piece rubber roof, i completed the order. I was pleasently surprised when I was only asked to pay half of the order price, with the rest being payable when the cabin was ready to be delivered to my home address.
The lead time for the cabin was only a month.
the only downside was that i live in Scotland, which was a little outside their assembly zone. However, armed with the instructions, I built it myself, making it quite a proud moment for me!
Karl was fantastic to deal with, providing fast responses and answering all my questions. It's a thumbs up from me and i wouldn't hesitate to recommend Karl / Kent Cabin Craft Centre!

We moved into a new home in 2023 and desperately needed an extra indoor space. We contacted Kent Cabin Craft Centre after they were recommended by a friend and asked them to quote on a 2 room, bespoke lodge
From start to finish they were excellent. They communication was fast and precise. when the boys arrived on site, they worked incredibly hard from the moment they arrived until late in the day. We used their electrician also and again, he was on time polite and worked really hard.
We had the lodge designed to the exact measurements we wanted (right down to the cm) and Karl gave full advice on any possible planning complications (there weren't any). Nothing was too much trouble. We were so impressed with their work that we asked them to quote and then build a decking area out the front of the lodge.
This was something we had intended to do ourselves but their quote was so good that it was a no brainer to ask them to do it.
We are really pleased with the outcome of both and wouldn't hesitate to recommend the team at Kent Cabin Craft Centre.

We were looking for a company to install decking and some wooden planters in our garden. We also wanted a pergola which we thought we would construct ourselves.
A neighbour had used Kent Cabin Craft Centre and having seen the standard of work we asked Karl to come along and give us a quote. Whilst on site he came up with a couple of suggestions which in fact we implemented. The quotation came in a timely and professional manner so we asked him to quote for the pergola as well. We then decided to use them for the total installation.
The "lads" arrived on time and although the weather was dreadful they struggled manfully on. At all stages we were asked to confirm where we wanted the planters and we in fact we changed the size of a couple. Nothing was too much trouble. They left us with a job well done and we are extremely happy with the result.
The company is professional, the "lads" are charming, polite and nothing was too much trouble and they left the garden tidy. They have a great work ethic.
I would highly recommend Kent Craft Cabins to anyone requiring a high standard of work

I had a log cabin built July 2022 by a company based in Faversham, Kent! I was devastated when the cabin began leaking water through the roof/walls pouring in within just weeks and getting worse as the weather started getting colder and wetter!
Gaps around the roof and on every panel which has only been 'glued' together, also the roof bowing, no insulation or base. Both the side store and cabin rotting with mould which then I had to vacate due to the health risks!
I was devastated to say the least. They came out so many times trying to rectify the problems with his mastic gun and tape! Nothing helped, the cabin was beyond help! My only option was to have toe wreck removed and scrapped, examples below!
If you are looking for a cabin, Karl and his team at Kent Cabin Craft Centre are FANTASTIC!
I cannot Thank Karl enough who is extremely professional and knowledgeable and his team for my amazing new cabin and side store! I love it, It's just perfect! Great friendly service from initial site visit, ordering, delivery and installation by Callum Connor and Aiden who are so hard-working and conscientious.
My only regret is not knowing Kent Cabin Craft Centre earlier in July 2022 when I had the most unfortunate bad luck and being ripped off by a different company in Faversham.
I found Kent Cabin Craft Centre online, telephoned and spoke with a lovely lady called Donna, who listened to my problems and said Karl would call me which he did within the hour and from that day in November Karl and his team have been brilliant and today my nightmare is finally over!

We called Kent Cabin in to help us finish our cabin build by completing the windows, doors and the roof. They soon identified a flaw with the base, which we had constructed by a builder, and advised us to restart the project. We decided to follow that advice and we are now so very glad that we did, rather than soldiering on.
The three lads dismantled our twin skin cabin, replaced the base, and rebuilt in just 4 days. Needless to say it is all perfectly straight and the doors and windows open and close properly. They were very courteous and pleasant and were a joy to have with us for a few days. What they have achieved in such a short time is magnificent. We now have a beautiful, complete, cabin. We just regret not starting the project with Kent Cabin in the first place! Thanks very much to all.

I was a little dubious at first about buying from Dunster due to them not doing installs but found your website explaining you do a lot of installs of Dunster products and gave you a call.

When i first decided to get a garden building, Karl at Kent Cabin Craft Centre was incredibly responsive and offered a comparable price to a similar company. I decided to go with them as the whole build installation was included and this was reassuring.
I was promised that the installation would happen within 3 days of the building being delivered, but unfortunately it was over 2 weeks later due to delivery haulage issues. However Kent Cabin Craft Centre were able to move the build to our back garden within a couple of days. Once the build started, the boys worked really hard and completed the build within 3 days.
I am very impressed with the result. I completely love the space it has given us.

Delivery was within the 8 - 9 week timescale I was told, perfect. The Cabin was slightly bigger than expected but the assembly guys were able to sort the base to accommodate this without any delay.
Assembly was so quick basically less than a day.

My Experience with KCCC has been immensely positive. Before I ordered, details about the many recent installations on their social media pages provided me with the necessary confidence in the company. From quotation to the complete stage, I was kept well informed and the team even helped me identify and resolve a design fault in log cabin bought from another manufacturer. Weather was horrible during the install, but the team started as scheduled. To ensure that the roof was installed properly the team waited for a clear day and revisited the site to complete the job. Very satisfied with the final results and will surely recommend to my friends.

Also the delivered Log Cabin came in one neat package that was placed in a tidy neat manner on the front lawn not taking up much space by a friendly helpful delivery driver (it was like a wrapped up lego box) it really was a joy to see the end Cabin come up from nothing over the course of a day.
We also opted to have an electrician that Karl recommend come to install the Electrics for the Cabin who fitted the Armoured Cable/Sockets in a very efficient manner although there was a slight increase for parts due to the age of our consumer board (Something I was expecting anyway). This took the headache of sourcing an electrician ourselves, apart from this one issue we were charged as per the quote given by Karl without any nasty surprises.
I would highly recommend Karl along with his Sons who really have done a sterling job which me & my wife are really happy with the end product. At the very least ask for a quote from these guys you might be pleasantly surprised at the price compared to other company’s.

Happy Customer!! Just had our great new cabin installed. We wanted a room in the garden to relax in with a combined storage area. Karl visited to advise on the type of cabin and to also check the ground conditions from when our old shed was removed. He answered all of our questions promptly and gave us regular updates on the expected delivery and installation date.
The team that installed the cabin were superb, and were polite, tidy and worked brilliantly in VERY HOT weather. Great service from start to finish, and we would not hesitate to recommend.

Just to say thanks to you and your team for relocating our existing Cabin to a new position in the garden. Despite the challenging weather conditions you managed to do this successfully when other companies were not interested.
Anyone looking for a garden workshop, summer or a room you can put your teenagers? I would definitely Karl and his team at Kent Cabin Craft Centre. He was really helpful when I was getting quotes and worked with me to get the size I wanted etc.

We had always wanted a cabin in the garden for us and our two daughters and found Kent Cabins on the web and Facebook. We got in touch with Karl and it was a no brainer to go with Kent Cabins; variety, price, professionalism...
The delivery was made in 4 weeks or so and the build took a week. Kent Cabins organised the electricity to run to the cabin and we have also run an internet cable up there as well now.
The whole family knew that it was going to be great to have a cabin, but the build is everthing that we expected and more. It is quite literally the most used room in the house.
I would recommend Karl and the Kent Cabins team on every level. The team were polite, punctual and tidy and it's made a massive difference to our lifestyle.
